A few words about
What We Do
Our projects
Our organization is involved in numerous projects which have greatly improved the general livelihood of a vulnerable girl and or teenage mother.
Some notable activities include but not limited to:
Education
We support girls’ education by providing scholastic materials, mentorship, and tutoring. Our education programs are designed to help girls stay in school and achieve their full potential, and we have seen a significant improvement in school attendance and performance among our beneficiaries. To date, we have supported over 1,500 girls with educational resources and mentorship.
Health care
We provide sanitary pads to vulnerable girls, ensuring they don’t miss school due to lack of menstrual products. Our pad distribution programs are designed to reach the most vulnerable girls, and we work closely with schools and communities to identify those in need. Since our inception, we have distributed over 20,000 sanitary pads to girls in need
Awareness
We educate girls and women about menstrual hygiene, debunking myths and promoting confidence. Our workshops are designed to be engaging, informative, and empowering, and we have developed a comprehensive curriculum that covers topics such as menstrual health management, hygiene, and nutrition. To date, our workshops have empowered over 5,000 girls to embrace their cycles with dignity and confidence.
Leadership
We advocate for policies and programs that support girls’ education and menstrual health, working closely with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Our advocacy efforts have contributed to increased government support for menstrual health initiatives, and we continue to push for more action and investment in this critical area.
